- Annual property-casualty insurance premiums maintained over 15-year period below nearly $1.2 million in 2003, while annual risk loss ratio reached historic low in 2020 at 8.1%. Workers Compensation Experience Modification Factor reduced 70% – from 2.24 to 0.68, resulting in organization winning Excellence in Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Award by National Underwriter Property & Casualty.
- Played key role in enhancing public safety operations. Both E 9-1-1 Agency and Marshal’s Office received Accreditation from CALEA. Fire Public Protection Classification improved from 5/9 to 2/2Y.
